The dashboard is divided into seven main sections, providing different information in each.
New customers
Under the “New customers” section, you can see the number of new customers that have booked an appointment in the time frame that you chose in the “Date picker”. The possible time frames you can overview through the date picker are Current week, Last week, This month, Last month, Last three months, Last six months. Additionally, you can also see a graph view which shows the change in the number of new customers.
Revenue
In the “Revenue” section, you can see the income you have received in the time frame chosen through the “Date picker”. There is also an option for you to chose if you want to see the total from the paid transactions or the total of pending payments or if you want to see the sum of both pending and paid transactions. Similarly, there is also a graph view of the change in the amount of revenue in the chosen time frame.
Occupancy
Here, the percentage of occupancy is shown, which is calculated as a percentage of the total working hours of every employee compared to the total of hours which are booked through the appointments, also for every employee. You can choose for which period you would like to see the occupancy rate, as well as see the graph view, similar to the previous two sections.
Appointments overview
Here you can track the number of appointments for the current year or from the moment you registered as a Trafft user. You can see the number of appointments and the percentage increase (green)/decrease (red) in the number of appointments compared to the previous period. Similarly, the same stats are shown for the number of canceled appointments. Moreover, at the bottom of the graph you can see the data which is related to the users, how many new versus how many recurring users there are, and the percentage both the new and the recurring users make up from the total number of users that booked an appointment in the given timeframe.
Daily occupancy
This section allows you to monitor the occupancy for each day of the month. Similar, to the total occupancy it calculates the number of hours of the booked appointments divided by the total number of working hours, for all of the employees, for that given day. Different occupancy rates are shown by different shades, and you can see the scale that explains which shade is related to which percentage. By clicking on any day displayed in this section, you will see the exact occupancy rate for that day.
Last booked appointments
This section lists all of the appointments, with all of the information related to each appointment, such as date&time, service, employee, and customer of the appointment. The appointments are sorted so that the latest booked appointment is at the top of the list descending to the first appointment, which is last on the list. There is the possibility to filter the appointments shown in the list, by their status. Pending, approved or all of the appointments, can be shown.
Performance
The “Performance” section is divided into tabs “Employees” and “Services”. Both tabs show the top three employees/services which have the highest or lowest occupancy rate, depending on how you choose to sort the section, either by the most occupied or least occupied. For each employee/service, the occupancy rate is shown, as well as the number of appointments they have and the revenue they brought in. All of the data that is shown under this section is related to the period that is chosen from the “Date picker” at the top right of this section.
